More on Ian's "Court of Brigid" Project

The point of my previous post was not to criticize Ian's project. It was meant to be more of a critique of my own hypocrisy when it comes to neopagans doing the same kinds of things I do, and the kinds of things I plan to do in the next year or so.

The comments I've seen so far indicate it's not coming across that way to some folks, so I thought I'd make it as clear as possible outside the comments.

  1. I've been reading your blog's back posts a lot lately (my studies in traditional astrology have peaked my interest in other systems and traditions than my own,) and one of the best things about your writing is the honesty and the shared self reflection (for lack of better words.) I thought the last post was very funny, because, who hasn't been there? Maybe only those who don't over value earnestness and can admit they've enjoyed a tipple of haterade once or twice get it.

  2. Miss E., if you read all my blog's back posts, you will be equipped to take over TEH WORLD!!!

I go back and read them once in a while because I forgot more in the last 6 years than I remember. I wish I had full conscious awareness of all the spiritual juiciness I've had over the years all the time.

And I appreciate you saying "shared self reflection" instead of "narcissism." :D

  4. R.O. It is hard to acquire the ability to have your sub-conscious put to full conscious awareness,it must drive one crazy. But as one told me practice, practice, practice!!!!
